Orders from every connected channel arrive as ordinary pick work, with the channel's rules attached: cut-off times, carrier requirements and packing instructions.

Shipment confirmations with track & trace go back within the channel's window.
A cancellation from the channel stops an order that has not shipped and is confirmed back. A return is registered at the warehouse and its result goes back to the channel.
